Paul Farinato this is a common fencing item at lumberyards in the SF bay area. It is a 4"x4" gal. wire mesh panel. wire is 1/4" thick. Panels are 5' x 16'. This came from Friedman Bros. Hardware in Santa Rosa.

Used cedar lumber for frame and galvanized wire panels for inserts. These panels can be found at farm & ranch supply stores. They come in various sizes, for example 42" x 96" and they can be cut to your required size. They are held in place by cedar trim pieces.
