I think it was Bloomsberg Carpet, check out any good carpet vendor. It may have been a loop and cut.

The walls look similar to Sterling 1591 by Benjamin Moore.

This was a working clock using wall graffiti numbers that I ordered online and the clock arms were from Chiasso. Made about 5 years ago, so I'm not sure if those are still available. It was very easy to make!
