Brick/stone used around tub and on walls - cut Austin Stone available in Texas / Oklahoma areas. Rock is said to be okay in shower, recommended to be sealing with a good stone sealer. It's pretty porous. Buechel Stone recommends products from Prosoco http://www.prosoco.com
