COASTROAD Hearth & Patio This appears to be a custom design and not a prefab fireplace. There are more "clean face" fireplaces now than there used to be though, and practically every major manufacturer has one or more, particularly with glass or stone media.
If you have some specific requirements (size, one or two-sided, burner media, etc.), I might be able to steer you toward the correct model fireplace for the application.

Ok, I think this is the solution. Is to have a small fire element on the west wall of some sort. I know it is a small bathroom. It does not have to be much. There are even bowls of fire. But this would make it a bit more special.
