Cynthia Taylor-Luce Because this image goes ceiling to baseboard and wall to wall, and the electrical outlet is showing through it, I am guessing that this is an image printed on a canvas or heavy paper substrate and applied to the wall like wallpaper. Many companies now do this if you supply the image, and some companies offer whole photo galleries of possible images. Otherwise, I would suggest hiring an artist to paint this for you if you want it exactly the same, and you can't find the source. Good luck!
