Ultimately my favorite,love the dormer,porches .watoerside porch could be 1/2 covered and 1/2 open with open side on south side so the front porch can wrap around .larger windows on upstairs deck and wide step going down to yard on waterside

Upper length of dormers... Use on front and back of house just to let in addl light...not for 2nd story. Use messy brick w sloppy mortar on lower parts of house, and faux shake side accents by upper dormers and on rear walls inside porches.
