Anhalt Remodel
http://www.bosworthhoedemaker.com

This renovation of a historic 1926 Fred Anhalt home in Seattle honors the historic nature of Anhalt's work while updating the house to keep it livable and relevant. By improving the flow through spaces and carefully upgrading finishes, the integrity of the original design was retained while creating a more modern space. New lighting and paint throughout the house lighten what were dark, uninviting spaces. Dated bathrooms were transformed with marble and basalt. The result is an updated, modern home that keeps the spirit of the original design.
