Historical Kitchen Update
http://www.cherryhillcabinetry.com

This historic home remodel started with wanting to preserve the original federal-style light fixtures. A love of French-style windows led to antique Hope Windows throughout the space. Contemporary and traditional design were combined into white inset cabinets with minimal detail. The original oak floors were sanded and refinished, maintaining their original rough-hewed character. Moldings were kept to a minimum, and cabinet hardware was solid cast bronze in a dark brushed steel finish. Calcutta Gold marble countertops brought everything together. The resulting space combines traditional and contemporary elements in a comfortable, yet functional kitchen.
