Get Back JoJo I think it really depends on a few factors like, is this a guest bath? Much moisture? I love shower cutaains and the options are endless for fabric to make one and then as far as a window treatment is concerned again depends...this bath looks very formal to me so I would do more of a formal roman shade and a formal shower cutain.

tarah106 This would be for a guest bath. I have tile and counter tops that match the above picture with builder grade white cabinets (eek). I really like the look of a burnt roman shade color but the sure if this would go with the formality of this space. Also, I love the PB pear embroidered shower curtain. Thanks

Carla Aston | Interior Designer Yes there is, but I'm afraid I don't have another photo that shows that view. It is an L-shaped vanity, with a sink on each side and the tall cabinet in between.

Carla Aston | Interior Designer It's just a 1 x 1 travertine mesh mount mosaic. Many different manufacturers have this product. The top piece is a pencil rail in travertine.

Carla Aston | Interior Designer You just have to go to a stone yard and look at the stones that are available in person. Unless it's a real generic type of granite that is known to be very consistent, the variations in natural stone just make it where you really need to select the slab. It's all about the geology of the mountain they are taking it from. The stone can come in looking warmer or whiter or whatever for awhile, then as they get further into the mountain, it can start to turn to something with a different color to it. Darker or lighter, more grainy or less....just really depends. You can ask for the same exact stone, but two different slabs can look entirely different.

trixy38 thank you carla.. heading to 2nd stone yard this saturday. 1st one had nothing but all dark colors..keeping my fingers crossed.. the one you used would be a perfect choice for me..
