It's probably custom, and you don't have to be an insider to have this done. Most large fabric shops can do this for you - you pick the size, fabric and upholstery nails.

You might consider taking a vintage/used bedside table and painting it orange yourself...

i know that you posted this nine months ago, but if you are still looking for help... you should go to your local fabric store and see if they can recommend someone to sew custom pillows for you. you can probably get them relatively cheap, say $35 plus the cost of the fabric. then you can pick out exactly what you want. just an idea...
