Wade Design & Construction Inc I believe they were purchased at City Lights Design in Brookfield, WI. You may be able to find something similar from Hubbarton Forge. The metal is an oil-rubbed finish, and the glass is a frosted white.

Wade Design & Construction Inc The island cabinet is american cherry with a custom-mixed dark brown stain. The white cabinets at the kitchen perimeter are Sherwin Williams Ivory Lace, pigmented catalyzed varnish.

Rebekah Zaveloff That looks like a 3x6 travertine. Ann Sacks has one called Princess Yellow that's very similar.
