This floor in my opinion, is what sold the house. OK, I'm exaggerating (a lot), because there really are too many nice quality features of this house to list...but the floors are spectacular looking, and everybody says so! Note, that the colour looks a fair amount lighter in this particular shot, and I comment on this only since I LOVE the medium to dark tones of this wood -- simple and beautiful.
