COASTROAD Hearth & Patio I can't tell for sure, because I don't recognize the log arrangement, but this appears to be a basic see-through vented gas fireplace. There are a number of makes & models to choose from that look like this. Is there anything in particular you like about the fireplace itself?

On the other hand, the "pretty" work, which Clay Construction should be proud of, is the integrated mantel, bookcase and wall paneling, which is all custom.

The Shabby Nest Benjamin Moore's Lancaster Whitewash is similar to the wall color, while BM's Aged Bronze is similar to the panelling color.
