Jayme Hobbs I am guessing you would lose a lot of air by using a feature like this in Az....however..if u never open it and it's strictly a visual thing..u wouldn't necessarily open it anyhow...I could see using one in an area of a home that was used to frequently access the outdoors/ to a patio area, etc... and in a maybe more forgiving climate...
