Coates Design Architects Seattle we used a 'rain screen' system on this house. siding is installed over 3/4" furring strips (spacers) so that there is an open air ventilation channel behind the siding. this equalizes pressue and allows any water that gets behind the siding to dry rapidly prohibiting mold growth.

mistura do moderno com madeira, ferro, estilo apartamento.. gostamos desse projeto, mas não teríamos uma casa igual talvez, mas fica de referência para não nos apegarmos nem nessa ideia do caixote moderno, nem do tradicional cottage ou townhouse americano ou inglês. usar esse tom verde acinzentado nas janelas é uma opção, ao invés do tradicional branco. talvez haja a possibilidde de misturar, repensar o uso daquelas folhas da janela.
