I used a large piece of art called Dune by Patrick St. Germain. The art is 50" by 60" which covered a good section of the dining room wall. The art had grays and beiges in it, tying the light colored floors with the walls and grey tiles in the hallway and grey sectional. From the date of listing until the day of closing, home staging shortens this time frame, even in a slow real estate market."
