height of chair rail - I love this room! Could you please tell me how high the ceilings are(where they meat the walls) and then how high up the walls the beadboard/chairrail comes? thanks so much. »
Kayron Brewer, CKD, CBD / Studio K B Hi, I will need to refer to drawings and see. My guess off hand is the wainscot is about 38" high and the ceiling starts at about 7 or 7-1/2 feet.
I will get back with you.
Is the purple color from Sherwin Williams? If not, what brand and color? - Hello,
I was wondering if the purple color is a Sherwin Williams color? I saw another room with the SW6830 KIsmet and it looked a lot different. I saw on

Kayron Brewer, CKD, CBD / Studio K B Hi again. I found the notes on this project. The girls' rooms where chosen at last minute...and it didn't get written on my spec sheet. I pulled the SW chart, and I believe it is SW 6837 Baroness.
Kayron Brewer, CKD, CBD / Studio K B Brocade Home, which I think is not around anymore. I am starting to see lots of small chandeliers from major lighting manufacturers, so I bet you could find something similar.
Kayron Brewer, CKD, CBD / Studio K B Hello,
The homeowner purchased the bed frame, I believe from Brocade Home. I looked on their website and didn't see it available. It is a mail order catalog and they change their offerings seasonally. This bed was purchased a few years ago.

Kayron Brewer, CKD, CBD / Studio K B We had a local furniture craftsman make this chair. It swivels all the way around. The inspiration for the chair was one we found through Mitchell Gold.
Kayron Brewer, CKD, CBD / Studio K B Thanks Annie Kendall! The client on this project already had the dress form, so I wasn't sure where it came from .
Cheers,

Violet. Warm purples are often referred to as violet. The strong influence of red creates a color that is romantic and chic.

Fun fact: Freight company Federal Express uses a prominent shade of purple in their FedEx logos. This signifies a 'purple promise' that you will receive your package on-time, but using purple with orange (in their primary logo) also ensures that your package will stand out so you won't miss seeing it.
What a smart way to add an extra layer of interest without billows of fabric: Dangle a chandelier through the center of the canopy. Choose a classic, ornate version for a romantic touch or a contemporary style to add a bit of edge.
Nice sofa in the corner with all the matching pillows
Color concept with the purple is cool
Sophisticated overall look...chandelier, random mannequin again, elegant lamp, canopy frame, royal purple color
I will get back with you.
