Sheryl Cintron Thanks, but did you notice the warning on the website link you posted: DO NOT USE WITH FIRE POTS. SEVERE BURN HAZARD. FOR USE IN APPROVED REAL FLAME FIREPLACES ONLY.
PureModern Sheryl, that's true, however there is a separate product that is a fire pot. This product - the ventless firebowl is not the same as the fire pot (which is designed to use the traditional gel). The fuel I mentioned is designed to work with this fire bowl and other real flame fireplaces.

PureModern Yes - some people have used frosted pebble glass in these -- there is glass marketed specifically for outdoor fire pits which is perfectly fine to use.
PureModern People have used them indoors, yes. The liquid fuel is the same thing they're using for ventless fireplaces. Of course it's still an open flame!
I live in Brazil and I want Ventless - I live in Brazil and I want one Outdoor Ventless Fogo Bowl.. Please speak to me at mcrismussi@yahoo.com.br. Thanks »

PureModern Hey there - the fire pit that is posted in the initial thread is a pourable ventless fireplace fuel that is now available (after being unavailable for most of this year). The fire pit itself is also available now here : http://www.puremodern.com/Ventless-Fire-Bowl_p_6686.html
PureModern If you're asking about the outdoor large outdoor fire pit we posted 6 months ago (smaller picture in the comments) - it's a piped in natural gas or propane installation.
PureModern This particular fire bowl is currently being redesigned ... hopefully for a later July release. We'll keep everyone posted on when it's available at puremodern.com again.
PureModern Hello! This actual model only comes in one size and two finishes. But we're working with a manufacturer that offers a very similar item (see attached) that is in a much larger size (and can use propane or natural gas) - Would love input on it.
This firepit is so cool because it can be used indoor and outdoor. It's simple and burns without soot. It feels natural and modern at the same time.
Includes fire bowl, troughs and decorative river rocks. Uses Real FlameĀ® pour gel, designed to burn for up to 2 1/2 to 3 hours long per can. Burns clean, suitable for indoors, without leaving any soot ashes behind. Height: 12" Diameter: 28" — Wicki Mitchell
