I haven't been by the fence in about 8 months, but the first three years of install, the boards seemed to be staying pretty plum--no visible warping thank goodness. The boards were stained with Penofin at installation so this may have protected it some initially.

Banyon Tree Design Studio I don't actually recall and cost of materials and labor depends completely on several elements: location, access, client, availability, local labor costs, etc etc. Best to work with a professional designer to develop the design and then have the project bid by a professional contractor for installation. Banyon Tree Design Studio these are a mix of 1 x4 and 1 x2 boards, cedar. I can't remember exactly
but I don't think the spacing would be more than 1/2" and probably closer to 1/4"
