Bathroom
My client wanted to keep a tub, but I had no room for a standard tub, so we gave him a Japanese style tub which he LOVES.
I get a lot of questions on this bathroom so here are some more details...
Bathroom size: 8x10
Wall color: Sherwin Williams 6252 Ice Cube
Tub: Americh Beverly 40x40x32 both jetted and airbath

BRY design As long as your tiles are smaller than 2" you will be fine...That means there will be enough grout in between to keep traction.

Soooo your question is an important one, I always tell my clients to sit on the edge and swing legs in to be safe but other than that and a couple of grab bars in strategic places they would be absolutely fine. There is a nice seat inside the tub which makes it super easy to get in and out of as well. I hope this helps.
