COASTROAD Hearth & Patio - The mantel shelf appears to be of the same natural material as the hearth extension, probably bluestone like the rest.

North Star Stone Frequently the mantels and hearth are made from the similar material. I am guessing they used 2 1/4" rock faced limestone. Installing a deep stone mantel gets a pit tricky due to the weight. The result is short shelf depth. Just make sure the stone mantel is supported properly.

Edwina Drummond Interiors Window rods are 70". I am not sure the measurements of the fireplace. This is a client's home and I do not have that on file at this point. Thanks for asking

2eatcrow I really like the room. You did a great job. I'm planning a room very similar to this one except that it be a "great" room with a high ceiling. Please share the manufacturer, model and size of the lovely windows that you chose for this room. Also I would like suggestions from anyone regarding windows above these in such a tall room.

Good example of windows on either side of the fireplace and carrying stone to ceiling. I like how the drapes soften the space, I'd have concerns about the fabric being so close to the fireplace.
