Land & Water Design Water is drawn from the pool, but each sheer descent needs it's own drain line. The best source to speak with is a pool service company. I've sent emails to my contacts to see they can assist you. If hear back from any of them, I will forward you the reply. Talking with our installer, your best source would a service company. Hope this helps.

You can use concrete, stamped concrete, flagstone. The key is what you decide to use for the coping(edge of the pool). Most of our clients in Los Angeles prefer to run flagstone to the pool edge as opposed to concrete coping...looks more natural with the stone.

What is the purple plant on top of the wall? - I have a natural rock wall like this fronting 100 orange, yellow, red roses and am looking for a perennial that spills over the wall - ideally evergreen with low water needs in zone 9-10 »
Leeanne H. These are called sheer decents, and yes, they are recirculating. You will probably need a separate pump for these so that you can continue to use your regular pump to filter the pool, or else you'll have to not filter when your running the fountains. 1 pump will not be enough pressure to filter, and run the fountains. I'm in the process of renovating my pool, and I'm researched SO much. I hope that helps!
Land & Water Design Leeanne is correct they are called sheer decents, for each sheer decent you will need a pump. We generally install (1) pump per sheer decent, you will also need to take in consideration the plumbing lines needed for each pump and provide enough space to access them for service.
White pool plaster is a simple combination of white cement, white marble aggregate and water. It is an economical choice that has a classic swimming pool look. This is the most common plaster in use today, and in the past it was the only choice. Most commercial swimming pools still are required by national building codes to have white plaster only. Pros: It is the most inexpensive of all pool surface choices and is easy to install. Cons: White plaster is a "soft" finish that is susceptible to the effects of water chemistry, compared to the newer options such as aggregates and glass tiles.
