Client was using her living room as an extra bedroom for her mom and wanted to turn it back into a living room. She had a cube bar from China that her husband brought home and wanted to utilize it in some way in the room. We took the panels from the bar and used them as the doors for the bottom of the book shelf , so she could store text books in that part of the book shelf. Then we painted the back of the bookshelf a dark shade of the wall color. We built a custom window bench and add a custom bench cushion and valance. New black leather furniture and area rug completed the room.
