DecoDesignCenter.com We use Emtek all the time for last 8 years and they are a good brand and they have a large door hardware collection including one just like in the picture.

harringtonlea I just ordered a door like this from Home Depot (Feather River, solid core). It is 3/4 glass and looks great. It was only $250 compared to a quote for $900 from a door shop. I also just got my decal from Elephannie in the mail and it is great!
