SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - A half century after the founding of Charles Town, General James Edward Oglethorpe landed south of the Calibogue Sound on the Savannah River with a plan in mind. It was to be the city of Savannah.
By 1790 mansions and squares were evident with all the grace and rich trimmings the new city could garnish to emulate its sister city. Consequently, our next style of antique heart pine floors is called - THE SAVANNAH.

A 3% overage is guaranteed.
Made from 100% reclaimed pine.
98-100% dense grained heartwood.
Graining exhibits both quartersawn and plainsawn for traditional look.
Small, tight knots no larger than 1.5" in diameter.
Approximately 1-2 dozen knots per 100 square feet of coverage.
Random lengths between 1' and 12' with an average length between 3' and 6'.
Offset tongue and groove with pre-squared ends.
All orders are bundled in separate widths and lengths prior to shipping.
