bepsf The railing would have been fabricated by a local metalworker - The stairs themselves would have been built by whoever built the house.

And PLEASE turn off the ALL CAPS - None of us enjoy being yelled at.

Like the conversation area, would be great in condo and have a portable fold down table for times you need it to be a dinning room.. Which would be seldom.. But then you would have a nice sitting area for most times............
