Annie Thornton There is going to be one seam that won't match up at all. That is your start/stop point. Make sure that your start/stop point is in a inconspicuous place in the room. Think behind a door or some curtains. When you hang the paper, match the paper edges so that they barely overlap and the patterns match. Try not to pull too hard, because you can stretch the paper. Make sure that the seams are securely attached to the wall. Nothing makes you notice them more than if the paper is peeling up a bit.
Look for bold colors. Yellow itself isn’t uncommon in conventional floral paper, but choosing this particular shade and using it predominantly adds a funky punch and definitive personality.
