Moulding & Millwork Where did you purchase these doors ?

kbcdevelopments Leadwin Doors currently manufactures all of our doors.

As in many of our projects, it is a custom design of our own. It is a 2 1/2" thick slab with black walnut veneer over engineered core, 54 inch pivot door. The hardware was also custom manufactured with marine grade stainless steel.

kbcdevelopments It is a Pampas species grass & also fiber optic grass - and it provides a great scuptural and modern look for the entrance.
Our landscape designer put it together for our client.

The bottom grass is actually dupont grass, an artificial product that looks incredibly life-like and soft.
It is perfect for the cold winter months when everything dies off!

kbcdevelopments The clients in this home chose modern roller shades, which fit the aesthetic we wanted to achieve.
A pale gray shade that allows filtered light through gives privacy but allows natural light to still flood the home.

kbcdevelopments Please remember, if you are building in an ocean environment, to be certain you use marine grade stainless steel, or you will see trouble within months! Definitely worth investing in the better quality stainless steel.

kbcdevelopments This courtyard was custom designed for clients who wanted to integrate elements of fire and water in a modern setting, with ease of maintenance.

The entrance features poured in place concrete that was sandblasted on site, arranged in a free form pattern that extends over the water, creating a dramatic entrance in a relatively small space.
