Kirsten Anthony Kaplan It's an under-mount tub by Kohler. Your local kitchen & bath showroom should be able to help. Tubs come in several sizes, so be sure to have a contractor measure what will work for your project.
Architectural Designer Thanks. The reason I ask is because the contractor I'm working with is a little concerned with using this as an undermount tub with a shower.
Custom Home Planning Center The instal process is dependent on the flashing being under the black paper (30) pound felt which is installed behind the water proof tile backing board. And clear weep holes under the stone so mosture runs into the tub.
White and lavender marble where can ibuyit - Where can I buy white marble with lavender and black or grey veins like you show in this bathroom for floors »
Kirsten Anthony Kaplan The client had special needs that required an open tub in a very small space. But either a curtain or glass panel can be easily added later.
hkovicak Are the sconces in the picture chrome or polished nickel? I am ordering a vanity that comes with polished nickel hardware. Would u get the same finish for the faucet and lighting or would u mix it up? Chrome faucet would be much cheaper!!
Kirsten Anthony Kaplan It's generally ok to have the sconces and faucet in chrome and the vanity hardware (which can be easily changed) in polished nickel. Polished nickel is warmer than chrome. Good luck!
My bathroom fixture supplier has said I should not have a drop in tub with surround because of the potential leaking.
Can you explain how this works here? »
Kirsten Anthony Kaplan The contractor is always the one to make the final decisions and to warranty against leaks; I run everything by the contractor for final approval.
