Living Room Layout (Bay window, Fireplace, walkway from main entrance, only 1 main wall. - Hello, we have a small living room. Bay window and entrance from front door on one wall, a large stone fireplace that comes out about 3 feet off the next wall, creating 2 cubby holes in the corners.. Then 1 main wall on the opposite side of the bay window and front on the house. The wall opposite to the fireplace is a closet and "walkway" to the dining room.. It is a very odd layout, and we can't figure out how to utilize the space for placing our tv.. The only place to put the tv would be on the main wall, but the couch an furniture would be in front of the bay window..

Charmean Neithart Interiors, LLC. Here is a tip while you're waiting for the builder to reply...I typically like pendant lights as well as can lights to be 3-4' apart. The height of the pendants will depend on the height of the ceiling and the size of the pendant. I usually like the pendants about 24" above eye level, this is my preference. I find fixtures hung too low a bit distracting. Hope that helps.

What are the measurements of space? - I love everything about this set up. What are the measurements of this kitchen space? It looks like it could fit in an apartment space. Just bought a two family home with my mom but absolutely hate the way they did my kitchen but love everything else. This is more my style. »

I think something like this would work with the small, yet open space we have. The wood tones are similar to other wood in the house and I like the blond floor.
