I love a two-for. This piece serves as a chair when you're feeling like being a bit more vertical, but you can swing around 90 degrees and put your tired legs up when you need to. All this and a supercool shape and gorgeous upholstery. Sold!

A variation? as I straddle my faithful old Corbusier chaise, resting my laptop on its flat tray on the rise where the legs are elevated and supported in a reclining position, I am looking at this new piece and wondering about an opening in the back, at seat level - big enough to fit the average leg so one can straddle the seat facing flat arm/leg rest/end table surface and use it as a mini work station/desk top? Could that work? Unleash the designers! To protect my laptops and fabrics, etc, all things flammable, I use my fancy metal serving/meal trays as safe flat surfaces for my laptops - and I see an opportunity here that with that straddle feature - this could be an amazing office for me! I hope my description makes sense visually - I tried to upload from the internet a shot of the CORBUSIER CHAISE but could not - if you have one, what I am trying to describe should make perfect sense.
