Okay so I have not been on houzz and therefore the question was not answered. The panel ornament is made of resin and the molding is wood. They can be purchased from www.beaux-artes.com

Two story foyers can be difficult to decorate. We used 6 Louis XV architectural wall panels that we created from historical ornament and cast them in resin. We are now selling this on Beaux-Artes. I added a mother-of-pearl background and a stencil design called Versailles. It is classic and timeless. Have used them for other clients in combination with wallpaper and just faux finishes.
