Westover Landscape Design, Inc. Hello imahunch, no, the Red Twig Dogwood are small shrubs, the Japanese Maple is the tree - largest item in the this planting bed.

Glenna Partridge Garden Design It's possibly a 'Annabelle' type Hydrangea. There is one called "Invincible spirit' that's reliably pink in colour each year. Google the name for more info. I hope this helps!
