Nice long bench, cubbies, and space. I'd do a darker color, as white would definitely get dirty and marked. Add a closet for more coats (Minnesota location).

The mud room must have a bench, storage under "lockers" for shoes and cubbyhole's above for storage. Also, I like the idea that this mud room has doors, BUT they have to be able to fold up and slide into the locker. I want to be able to hide our clutter when I need. Also, chalkboard's on the outside of the door would make it note friendly.
