Kat LeCraw I had actually asked the designer the same questions. She told me that the colors are actually the following:
The green in the library is Brookside Moss (BM) and the main wall colour in the living room is CC-304 Sisal.

Maria Killam The Butterscotch colour is CC-304 BM Sisal and the Dining room colour is HC-73 Plymouth Brown.

Maria Killam I did not design them as I was hired to decorate this house but I would say they are approximately 16 inches wide.
