Urban Living Room + Kitchen + Eating Area

A design + build project in an urban infill site. The 4 at Lincoln, consisted of four, luxury residences using a very narrow footprint and built to green certification standards.

The kitchen cabinets I chose are built by Kustom Kraft Cabinets locally in Eugene, Oregon and are made of Alder with a dark espresso stain with a simple shaker style door and Ikea hardware. The flooring is an engineered hardwood and is made of Maple with a smoky stain finish.

Rebekah Zaveloff The cabinets look like an espresso on oak...but could be walnut or even maple or cherry. Espresso stain works well on a variety of cabinets. The countertops look like a solid surface material like silestone or caesarstone.

Jordan Iverson Signature Homes Sorry for the delay! The cabinets are Alder with a custom espresso stain. This wood takes the stain very well if done right. The countertops area engineered quartz by Cambria and the exact color is Whitehall. It looks stunning with the dark cabinets.

Jordan Iverson Signature Homes Sarah - this floor was not handscraped. I recently installed a couple handscraped style engineered wood floors in a similar color that came from Shaw. It was a Maple and a Birch, but both had a similar tone.

Sara and Ryan- Here is a concept- espresso wood in the mud room and one part of the kitchen cabs like the Oven Wall unit- and gray stained cabs for the other kitchen cabs- Also don;t want to rule out espresso stained cabs everywhere- the contrast with the floors will be great and the grays can be used elswhere like the walls, the cedar and the troweled fireplace facade.
