Kristine Toward Hi Nancy, sorry I've taken so long to get back. I was trying to research where my inspiration came for this design. About a year ago I downloaded a free Photoshop brush that incorporates this design, but I can't seem to find it again to give you the source. Anyways, I really liked it, so I just sketched it out lightly with a pencil and went over it with some interior house paint. After that I used an acrylic clear coat to protect it from chipping off. Sorry I couldn't help any further.
Studio LS Incorporated you can possible replicate something similar with stencils, try online sources such as Royal Design Studios, Stencil Encyclopedia, or have it custom cut at LaserCraft.
Easily done w acrylic paints & definitely topcoat to protect or add a glass top.
