Bill Fry Construction - Wm. H. Fry Const. Co. Looks like a KitchenAid Architect Series II which is 29" deep including handles.

Design Details ...not sure what your question is about the tv installation in this cabinet. Basically it was pre-wired for cable and of course electrical prior to the cabinets installation....it's mounted on a pull-out swivel base so that they can pull it out and turn it toward their seating area....and the double doors retract into the cabinet so they are not in the way of viewing.
