This is it but must scale to fit for my space! Awesome! Combine these ideas with the other side shelving ideas and scale the back of this to be the middle section with a single column rack on either side. Large bottle format?

Like the shelving on the bottom (for boxes); prefer diamond storage for remainder of bottles _ like first few pictures. Shelving on side walls only; for back wall, only counter and lower shelving like seen here for boxes. Shelving is more elaborate than it needs to be; can be simpler and more "rustic" like in the first few pictures.
