mgelfand Ikea used to (and may still) sell similar panels of fairly sheer cotton curtains in white and other colours. I'm not sure what they were called. Easy to hem, easy to hang and cheap.

Julia Ryan they are from Target online! They are amazing and still available on their website. I think you can search for them under armless chairs!
