Lauren Gries We purchased our medical blanket from the Army Navy Surplus store in Seattle, WA. You could try your local Army Navy Surplus or try to call the one in Seattle. They had offered to ship it to us but we ended up bringing it home on the plane.

Lauren Gries You should be good with a modern full. I would just measure the lengths to see if they match up. Our mattress on this bed was a full.
