Need help to brighten my house and landscape my garden - I have a four bedroomed home, with a large compound. Need ideas on color themes for all rooms and outdoor landscaping »
Pebble and Co. Mosaics My area of expertise is in landscaping and hardscaping, but without seeing some images of your exterior space it is hard to give you specific advice. There are so many options in terms of how you can fill the space with hardscaping, greenery, water features, private space and open space. The list goes on and on. General things to consider at the start of the design process, are firstly, how you imagine using the outdoor space now, and in the future. Depending on where you live you may be able to use the space year round, or for only for a few months of the year. There are ways to get more functional use out of an exterior space even if weather is a consideration. Is budget an issue? If so, what are your priorities, the things you absolutely must have in your outdoor space as opposed to the things that can wait till a later date? What are the kinds of activities you want to do in your outdoor space? Think about this and then give us some more information about your needs, desires, requirements and give us more specifics on the physical space and we will come up with ideas for you.
It's s good use of a small space. I like how the beds double as seating during the day time but I might tone down the colors a little bit throughout the room. I would keep a the red rafters but maybe go with something more neutral throughout the rest of the space since i am finding this a little overwhelming.

Love the game table in the middle...envisioned there being two stories of beds with a larger game table and maybe ropes or fire poles to come down from second story bed's...had a touch of magic in the room.
