Studio S Squared Architecture, Inc. 8' to underside of soffits, 9' to tray. This was a 2nd story addition, for new construction we would typically do 9'/10'.

Studio S Squared Architecture, Inc. these soffits are approximately 30" wide (the fridge cabinet is 24" deep, for reference). Can lights are 5".
