Jason Lee Design Studio, Inc. Actually, it is Senecio mandraliscae (Kleinia). This succulent gained its popularity in Southern California gardens recent years, because it is drought tolerant & water wise groundcover. Also, Senecio serpens (Blue Chalksticks) is another choice if you are looking for a compact version. I use Senecio a lot in my projects. Here is a picture from my project.
