Thanks for your question. The flooring that was used here is marble. Most of the floor is 2x2 ft grids of Botticino Fiorito set at 45 degree angles & the edges of the room are Oakwood Brown. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your question. In this room, the sockets for the lamps are placed under the sofas. It also helped that the lamp cords were clear, so the little that showed was barely noticeable. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. Our designers say that painting aluminum frames rather than wood can be trickiy. For best results, buy the kind of paint that is used for elevator doors. That may extend the life of the paint to about 8-10 years.
