P. Scinta Designs, LLC Hi Danielle. The finish on these columns was done by our professional faux finisher using several layers of various colors. Wish I had an easier solution, but that's how they were transformed. Good luck!

The metallic in this paper has a bit of a champagne feel to it, so as long as you don't go shiny silver, you will be fine. We added silvers to the finish of the columns in this room for our layering. Repeat your silvers and golds subtly around the room for a nice blend of the metallics.

Reclaimed wood is very family friendly but can look quite elegant when paired with the right environment.

traciel Would you typically recommend having slightly lighter hardwood floors if the room is going to have espresso or ebony colored furniture accenting light colored or off white furnishings?
