Perched on wooded hilltop, this historical estate home was thoughtfully restored and expanded, addressing the modern needs of a large family and incorporating the unique style of its owners. The design is teeming with custom details including a porte cochère and fox head rain spouts, providing references to the historical narrative of the site’s long history.

I've seen this look in several offices on this site where they put the couch and create a seating area right in front of the desk. If the red couch is low enough (desk height), this could be a way to make it work in the room and still have a great seating area to watch the 4 TV's in front of the desk and couch!!!
