COOK ARCHITECTURAL Design Studio Thank you for your interest in our project. The balcony area above the screened porch is just a roof area, the railing was added for aesthics only. There is no access to this area.

COOK ARCHITECTURAL Design Studio Thank you for your interest in our project. Yes the living space is heated, roof vent was not required. We specified cellulose insulation filled in cavity per manufacturer recommendations.

COOK ARCHITECTURAL Design Studio We unfortunately do not have a paint color, as the trim paint was custom blended to match the existing trim work on the residence.

COOK ARCHITECTURAL Design Studio This home doesn't actually have a deck above, the railing was to match the railing on an existing flat roof on the other side of the house. When we do flat roofs with a terrace/deck above we typically use one of 2 products: Wausau tile pavers http://www.wausautile.com/paving/architecturalPavers.cfm installed on a pedestal system, this allows the surface water to filter through and drain as it normally would. The structure below will need to be sized to handle the additional weight of the paver material as they are concrete.
