cprather71 I feel if you take the time to post the picture then you should be prepared to have that info ready to answer any questions that follow it. It sounds to me like the designer does not want to give the info so that they can in return try and get clients. All because you have to call! As for Cynthia, some people are on a tight budget and are looking for assistance and use this sight to get that assistance. I'm all for this website and have used many ideas from it. But I do want to take out all Orange Coast pictures now if I knew which ones they posted. Very disappointed in that company. Do they not have a computer system that all info gets logged in onto? I know all my decorating ideas go into pictures and computer!!!

Barbara Schaefer Seriously, I agree with cprather71. After working in corporate banking for 20 years, record keeping is a top priority, especially when you are in a client related business. We're not in the stone age for God's sake and neither banking nor decorating is rocket science.

tori4117 I think it's a personal preference... for instance, we painted each ceiling to match the paint color of each room just recently in our newly constructed home. However, we varied on intensity of each ceiling, since it always looks a shade darker than the walls. So we often went a shade lighter to bring it all together. Also have crown molding. Hope that helps! :)

annettsmith Go online and search chandeliers/ceiling lamps, since this company will not disclose anything. It's all easy to find. I found cabinet knobs and door pulls by googling them.

would be really similar if i added a circle of crystal balls hanging from fishing line for that bottom circle. i'm happy with this result though
