About the artist:
Patrick Guerre was born and raised in Los Angeles and is carrying on as a fourth generation California artist. He currently resides in Cambria but still considers Los Angeles home. He has been working almost exclusively in acrylic paint for most of his 25 + years of painting. He has in recent years started working on reclaimed doors, panels, and wood from any where he can find them including but not limited to materials from films that he was a prop builder on. He finds that much of his work is an inner expression of life obstacles and tragedies such as losing all his work and belongings in a house fire in 1988.
